LaserSmith opened for business in Cincinnati in 1995. Recognizing the need to recycle the toner cartridges that were expanding our nation's landfills, we began recycling toner cartridges for our customers. Gradually, LaserSmith acquired the skills and authorizations to begin repairing and servicing HP laser equipment. As the business grew, we began offering service and supplies on all major manufacturers of laser printers. In addition, we began offering rebuilt printers, copiers and faxes as part of our strategy to reduce waste.
As we developed the trust and confidence of our customers, we have embarked on new green strategies such as standardization and managed print service. We use these strategies to assist our customers in their fleet management plan. We recognize that customers are in business to make a profit. We try to find solutions that not only benefit your companies bottom line but also preserve our planet.

Lasersmith will take your empty toners even if they are from another vendor. Please call ahead. We also recycle small quantities of equipment.
Normal business hours are 8:00am-6:00pm. LaserSmith also offers depot service at our Cincinnati office at a reduced rate. After hours please leave a message or email us.
